NuCall Overview
NuCall – Calls to/from the PSTN from Microsoft Teams
We are working at bringing on this new service in September 2019
Out of the box, Teams supports the ability for users to make voice over IP (VoIP) calls from Teams client to Teams client, limiting calls to those that have the Teams Client installed
With NuCall you can call anyone anywhere as well as receive calls on a dedicated full service number from anyone, anywhere.
In fact the people you call will not even know you are calling from Teams, they will see a normal number calling them.
Calling in Teams currently supports basic Phone System features, such as call answering and initiating (by name and number) with integrated dial pad, call holding and retrieving, call forwarding and simultaneous ringing, call history, voicemail, and emergency calling.
